WARRANTY INFORMATION

If any Delta Fitness product's performance is affected for any reason due to material or workmanship defects, we want the opportunity to rectify the situation. We stand by our products and will do our best to make sure every customer is happy with their purchase. During the claims process, it is important to note that warrantied products will be replaced at Delta Fitness’ discretion and warranty coverage does not include normal product wear. Products that are modified or repaired outside Delta Fitness will not be covered by warranty coverage. Warranty coverage may be voided if a product is damaged due to improper use, maintenance, or storage (e.g. outside of Delta Fitness) or if the product is mishandled by the user. Delta Fitness does not ensure compatibility with other company’s products and warranties may be voided in such cases.

**Negligent or faulty use includes: abusive dropping of the bar (i.e. dropping the loaded bar on a box, bench, spotter arms, or pins in a rack; excessive dropping with insufficient or damaged bumpers; excessive dropping with iron plates; excessive dropping on concrete or similar surfaces; and/or similar usage).**

Delta Fitness will warranty these products from defects in material, functionality, and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. Lifetime warranty coverage ends when the product becomes unusable for reasons other than defects in material or workmanship. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is nontransferable.Warrantydoes not apply to basic barbell maintenance.NOTE: The warranty policy does not apply to any products that leave the lower 48 states or orders that were shipped to Canada before 06/15.

The provisions of this warranty are in lieu of any other warranty, whether express or implied,writtenor oral, to the maximum extent allowed by law.All other warranties, including but not limited to express warranty, implied warranty, warranty of merchantability, fitness for particular purpose,and warranty ofnoninfringementofintellectual property, are expressly excluded to the maximum extent.

If you received the wrong item in your order or if your order was damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately so we can direct you how to return the incorrect items and we can ship the proper items to you. If you are receiving freight, ensure that you read the freight guidelines. Please contact us via email at info@deltafitnessequipment.com to address these issues. In the email,include your name, order number, description of the issue, and any photos or videos you can provide of the incorrect and/or damaged items. Photos/videos arerequiredto process a return or refund for the item(s) in question.

In its discretion, Delta Fitness may vary the standard returns process for any reason, including for customers in specific geographic locations. For example, the cost to return merchandise may warrant the merchandise be retained by the customer rather than being shipped to back to Delta Fitness.

If for any reason Delta Fitness chooses not to ship the product back, Delta Fitness may instruct the customer to do the following:

• Recycle or salvage the item
• Dispose of the item through an appropriate hazardous/regulated Waste process (if applicable)
• Destroy the item and send it to general waste disposal 

By accepting the replacement product, you agree to comply with any instructions to destroy or dispose of the product and to further confirm that Delta Fitness will have no liability related to a defective product that was replaced.
