When Can I Schedule An Appointment?
All appointments are bookable as soon as you make your order! You will receive an email with a link that directs you to the appointment system.
What If My Order Still Says "processing"?
The order will show "Processing" until it has been picked up. Go ahead and schedule your appointment.
Where Do I Go For My Appointment?
Please turn off of N Central Park road and drive staright down the south side of the warehouse. You will then arrive at dock door #2 and you can shoot us a text to let us know you’ve arrived. Someone from our Local Pickup team will be with you as soon as they can. If you have any difficulties finding us, just text us and we can help!
Is Same-day Pick Up Available?
We normally have at least a 24 hour window to pick orders but if you need some equipment urgently and are in the area, shoot us a text or an email and if we are there, we will help!
Can I Show Up Without An Appointment?
No – orders are prepped based on appointments made. If you show up without an appointment, our Local Pick Up team can turn you away.
How Long Do I Have To Pick Up My Order?
You have 30 days from the day the order is placed. Any orders not picked up after 30 days will be cancelled and refunded.
How Do I Add An Order To My Existing Appointment?
Please give us 24 hours notice to add any additional orders to a previously scheduled appointment. Our team preps orders the night before, so if you place an order the day of your appointment, we may not be able to get it prepped in time.
What If I Miss My Appointment?
Any missed appointments will result in a cancellation and refund to your original payment method. If you are unable to make your appointment, please reach out to us ahead of time or reschedule through your appointment confirmation email.
Can I Have A Friend/family Member Pick Up My Order?
Yes, please email us ahead of time to let us know who will be picking up your order.
Can I Change My Order From Local Pickup To Delivery Or Vice Versa?
If you would like to change your order from LPU to Delivery, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Please, however keep in mind that we will then add back the 20% that was originally discounted for a Local Pickup order. If you would like to change your order from Delivery to LPU, please let us know ASAP. Once an order for Delivery has been processed for shipment, we cannot make changes.
Can I Cancel My Order?
If you need to cancel, please email us at info@deltafitnessequipment.com immediately with "CANCEL" in the subject line to see if we are able to accommodate. Local Pick Up orders can be cancelled at any time as long the entire order is selected for Pick Up. If part of your order is shipping, we will do our best to accommodate your cancellation request. Please note, if part of your order is shipping, we may not be able to cancel it if it is too far along in the shipping process. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
